Our standard charge for UK mainland delivery is £6.50 or FREE on all orders over £50. (for parcels up to 10kg)

All orders placed before 13.00 (Monday – Friday) are wrapped, packed and dispatched the same day. All orders placed after 13:00 or at weekends, are processed the following day (Monday – Friday).

Deliveries to UK mainland addresses are normally made within 4–5 working days, and 10 days to the Republic of Ireland. We employ Royal Mail or a secure courier service to deliver your Spry orders.

All orders are subject to stock availability.

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have a 7 day returns policy and some advisory points regarding the safe return of products to us.

i. We should receive the returned product within 7 working days following the date of [purchase / delivery] of the product;
ii. The returned product is unused, in its original [unopened] packaging [(with any seal or shrink-wrap intact)][, with any labels still attached,] and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
iii. For all goods returned, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery) as you will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us.

We will provide a full refund for any product properly returned to us in accordance with the terms of our returns policy, excluding the original delivery charges (if any) and excluding the costs incurred to return the items to us.


Great care is taken to ensure that the ordered goods are received in perfect condition. If the goods received are damaged or faulty, please email within 3 working days of receipt of the order. Please provide photos of your unopened damaged parcel and the damaged items inside contained in the parcel. We will either send replacements for the damaged items or offer a refund, whichever is most appropriate.
